Power restored in 3 Ukrainian oblasts – Office of the President

Power has been fully restored in Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava oblasts following Russian attacks that damaged their power grids. Emergency workers are continuing to work to restore power in Kharkiv Oblast.

Details: Tymoshenko reported that power had been fully restored in all of Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava oblasts.

Energy experts are continuing to work to stabilise the voltage level in Poltava Oblast.

Water supply has been fully restored in Poltava and Sumy oblasts.

Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of the Sumy Oblast Military Administration, reported that as of 21:40, power supply in Sumy Oblast had been fully restored, though there might be issues with the stability of supply.

Dmytro Lunin, Head of the Poltava Oblast Military Administration, confirmed that the supply of power and water had been restored in all districts of Poltava Oblast, though energy experts are continuing to stabilise voltage.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, said that electrical technicians are working to restore power supply to cities, towns and villages in the oblast.

"Power has been restored in Zmiiv and Lozova. Work is still underway [to restore power in other parts of Kharkiv Oblast]," Syniehubov wrote.

Background: On Sunday evening, residents of Kharkiv Oblast reported power outages in several districts of the city of Kharkiv and across Kharkiv Oblast; blackouts were also reported in Poltava and Sumy oblasts.

Some cities and hromadas [administrative units designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories] in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast were left without power following Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure.
