Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov criticised the "strategy" of the Russian Defence Ministry, saying that he would "contact the senior-most officials [of Russia] to spell out his message to them" if there were no changes in the course of war.

Quote from Kadyrov: "If today or tomorrow no changes are made to the conduct of the ‘special military operation’, I will be forced to contact the country's [Russia’s] leadership, the Ministry of Defence, and explain the situation on the ground to them. It is very interesting."

Details: At the same time, he promised that all the cities abandoned by the Russians will return under the control of Russian troops and that "we have our men out there, fighters specially trained for such situations. 10,000 more fighters are ready to join them. We’ll reach Odesa in the very near future."

Kadyrov also said that he would meet with Russian war correspondents and discuss with them what patriotism is, because "they should turn a blind eye to trifles and show patriotism."

He was also disappointed that the Russian authorities provided no "information about Russia withdrawing its troops".

Note: According to US analysts, Ukraine have liberated more territories in a few days than Russia had captured since April.
