Armed Forces of Ukraine liberate Kupiansk – regional council

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have liberated Kupiansk of Kharkiv Oblast from Russian occupiers. Nataliia Popova, adviser to the Head of the Regional Council, reported that on the morning of 10 September.

Details: Members of Ukrainian Parliament, bloggers and soldiers also reported that the city has been liberated.

There is no official confirmation for the time being.

Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration confirmed to Ukrainska Pravda that Kupiansk is free.
