Occupiers will "annex" the territories of the Mykolaiv region to the Kherson region

The separatist Kateryna Hubarieva announced Russia's intention to unite the occupied territories of Mykolaiv and Kherson oblasts of Ukraine.

Details: Hubarieva, who headed the so-called "Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic" for several months in 2014, announced plans to "annex" captured parts of neighbouring Mykolaiv Oblast to Kherson Oblast, "so that pensions and social benefits can be paid there, and mobile communications can be provided."
Earlier, the occupation authorities announced their intention to hold pseudo-referendums in the occupied parts of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts of Ukraine.
