Two more grain vessels leave the Port of Chornomorsk

On Tuesday, 9 August, 2 vessels left the Port of Chornomorsk with a total cargo volume of 70,000 tonnes.

This was reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine on Facebook.

The RAHMI YAGGI will deliver 5,300 tonnes of food to Turkey via the grain corridor, and the OCEAN LION Panamax bulk carrier will deliver almost 65,000 tonnes of maize to South Korea.

"Incidentally, this is the second Panamax vessel departing from the Port of Chornomorsk," the ministry added.

"This morning, the Liberian-flagged vessel OCEAN LION sailed from Chornomorsk to South Korea with 64,720 tons of corn, and the Turkish-flagged vessel RAHMI YAĞCI also left Chornomorsk to deliver 5,300 tons of sunflower cake to Istanbul," the Turkish Defence Ministry report said.
