Quote from Terekhov: "Kharkiv was struck again at night. Around 02:10, there was a series of at least four explosions.

So far, rescue workers were able to identify only two instances of material damage following the night’s strikes. In the Industrialnyi district, power poles and tram rails were damaged in a vacant lot."

Details: The mayor said that another strike targeted the area of the Ring Road, hitting the ground next to a two-storey building unrelated to military infrastructure. Shrapnel from the attack damaged the facade of the building, partially damaged its roof, and shattered its windows.

Preliminary reports indicate that there were no casualties.
