Russians damage Kharkiv thermal power plant which provides one-third of the city with heat – Oblast Military Administration

Kharkiv's Thermal Power Plant-3, which provides heat for about a third of the city, has been damaged in a Russian attack.

Direct quote: "We are working to restore critical infrastructure as the enemy strikes. Recently the occupiers damaged Thermal Power Plant-3 in Kharkiv. This is a major enterprise that provides almost a third of Kharkiv with heating and hot water."
Details: Syniehubov said the oblast authorities would ask the government to restore the city's critical infrastructure as much as possible and get it ready for the winter heating period.
Previously: Ihor Terekhov, the mayor of Kharkiv, reported that Russian forces had attacked one of the city's infrastructure facilities on 7 August. He did not specify which one.
