Explosions in Kharkiv: Russia strikes infrastructure facility

Ihor Terekhov, Mayor of Kharkiv, has said that it was "very loud" in the city of Kharkiv on the evening of 7 August. Later on, Terekhov said that an infrastructure facility had been hit.

Quote from Terekhov: "It’s very loud in the city. I urge everyone to retreat to shelters. If you are remaining in your home, observe the rule of two walls."
Details: Terekhov later added that the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv has been attacked.
"Early reports indicate that an infrastructure facility has been hit. There were at least seven explosions," Terekhov wrote.
He said that as of yet, there is no information on casualties.
