Russian losses: Ukrainian Armed Forces have already killed 41,500 Russian soldiers

Since the beginning of the full-scale military invasion of Russia in Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have killed 41,500 Russian military personnel and have destroyed 1,789 tanks and 946 artillery systems.

Russian troops have suffered their heaviest losses on the Bakhmut and Donetsk fronts.

Details: Total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February and 4 August 2022 are estimated to be (figures in parentheses represent the latest losses - ed.):

• 4,026 (+4) armoured combat vehicles
• 946 (+7) artillery systems
• 260 (+1) multiple-launch rocket systems
• 118 (+0) air defence systems
• 223 (+0) aircraft
• 191 (+0) helicopters
• 742 (+2) operational-tactical UAVs
• 182 (+2) cruise missiles
• 15 (+0) ships/boats
• 2,960 (+38) vehicles and tankers
• 83 (+0) special vehicles
