Russian forces hit residential building in Kharkiv, injuring civilians

Russian forces have hit a residential building in central Kharkiv. The mayor of Kharkiv has reported that several civilians have been injured.

Quote from Terekhov: "The Kyivskyi neighbourhood in central [Kharkiv] has been hit. [The projectile] has struck a residential building, causing a fire. Several people have been reported injured."

Update: Syniehubov said that early reports indicate that two civilians sustained injuries as a result of the Russian attack on the Kyivskyi neighbourhood of the city of Kharkiv.
