Russian attacks on Sumy Oblast – 133 strikes in one day

Russian forces shelled the territories of three hromadas (administrative units designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories) in Sumy Oblast − Khotyn, Richkivska and Velykopysarivska, with 133 incoming strikes being recorded.

Details: At 10.00, an aircraft that had not crossed the state border of Ukraine began firing on the outskirts of the Khotyn and Richkivska hromadas from the territory of the Russian Federation. Three rockets were fired.
There were also 10 strikes from mortar (120 mm) artillery, 5 strikes from tubed artillery and 40 strikes from MLRS. Around 11:30, the shelling continued, with 12 strikes from mortar (120 mm) artillery and 10 strikes from tubed artillery.
From 10:20 onwards, a mortar attack was conducted on the Velykopysarivska community, with 10 mortar bombs.
Russian forces attacked Khotyn hromada with mortars from 11:03, firing 6 mortar bombs. The shelling continued after 13.00 (10 strikes), after 16.00 (15 mortar bombs) and around 20.00 (12 mortar bombs).
According to Zhyvytskyi, there were no casualties in all cases.
