Occupiers in Kherson Oblast intensify search for hostile artillery observers and saboteurs – Oblast Council

The occupiers have boosted security measures in key settlements in Kherson Oblast against the backdrop of the Ukrainian counteroffensive in the South. In particular, they are looking for hostile artillery observers and members of sabotage and reconnaissance groups.

Quote: "Due to the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kherson Oblast, the occupiers have intensified security measures in key settlements. This affected the quantity of patrol units and document and smartphone check-ups conducted at checkpoints.
They are looking for [hostile] artillery observers and members of sabotage and reconnaissance groups. They have even reported they had discovered and eliminated such a group in Kherson".
Details: Sobolevskyi remarked that the occupiers are scared, and therefore they take out their fear and anger on civilians.
He called upon civilians not to forget to check the contents of their phones before leaving their dwellings.
