Ukraine’s Foreign Minister: Russia’s alleged willingness to negotiate is a "smokescreen"

Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, believes that any claims that Russia is making with respect to resuming peace talks are just a smokescreen and are only intended to prolong the war.
