Luhansk militants make Ramzan Kadyrov their hero

Leonid Pasichnyk, the leader of the so-called "Luhansk People’s Republic" ("LPR"), has awarded Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov "the title of hero".

Details: In return, Kadyrov bestowed the "Order of Akhmad Kadyrov" on both Pasichnyk and Andrey Turchak, Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia party, who is actively involved in the occupation of the Kherson region.

The "awards" exchange ceremony took place in Grozny in Chechnya.
