Occupiers hit Nikopol, killing 1 woman and injuring others

As a result of the Russian attack in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, a woman was killed and two more people were injured.

Quote: "In the evening, the occupiers hit Nikopol. Unfortunately, one person was killed. [It was] a woman born in 1955. Also, according to preliminary information, we have two injured people. One residential building was destroyed."

Details: Valentyn Reznichenko, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, later clarified that a 67-year-old woman was killed in the attack on Nikopol. Four other civilians (three men and a woman) sustained injuries, three of them have been hospitalised. Doctors say their condition is moderate.

In addition, Myrove and Marhanets hromadas (administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories) came under attack in the Nikopol district during the day. Several residential buildings, outbuildings, a gas pipeline, and an electricity supply line sustained damage. No one was injured.

The Russian occupying forces also hit the Synelnykove district, Raivka and Velykomykhailivka hromadas. In the latter, three residential buildings were damaged, and one outbuilding was destroyed. Rescuers found a cartridge from an Uragan rocket launcher at the site of the shelling. There were no casualties.

In the Kryvyi Rih district, the occupiers hit the Novopillia, Apostolove, Karpivka, Shyroke and Zelenodolsk hromadas. Buildings of one of the enterprises sustained some damage; the roof of a residential building is partially damaged as well. There were no casualties.
