Russians hit Sarny, Rivne Oblast, with 4 missiles

Russian forces carried out missile attacks on a military infrastructure target in the city of Sarny in Rivne Oblast.

Quote: "The recent air-raid siren was followed by missile strikes on Rivne Oblast. Early reports [indicate] no casualties. Military infrastructure facility in the Sarny district [was under fire]."

Details: Koval has later clarified that Russian forces launched four missiles that struck a military infrastructure target in the city of Sarny in Rivne Oblast on the night of Sunday, 28 August.

Quote: "There are no casualties.

A blast wave damaged around 30 residential buildings and the premises of the district hospital.

I have instructed the head of the District Military Administration and the mayor to ensure the rubble and debris [following the attack] is cleared up tomorrow."
