The occupation authorities of Sevastopol began checking bomb shelters after a series of explosions, despite the fact they earlier insisted on the reliability of air defence.

Quote from Razvozhayev: "Since we [Sevastopol – ed.] still have a ‘yellow level’ [of terrorist threat - ed.], I checked the condition of the shelters over the weekend. I gave an order to place signs everywhere where the shelters are located. And to mark basements with signs with information about phone numbers and apartments where the keys are located."
Details: Razvozhayev recommended not to give in to panic and assured that the city seems to be "under reliable protection".
