Russian overnight attack targets Mykolaiv business, fire breaks out in cafe

The city of Mykolaiv came under Russian fire on the night of 21 August, and the premises of a local business was hit. The consequences of the attack have yet to be confirmed.

Quote: "Around 03:00 on 22 August, Mykolaiv was attacked again. As a result, a cafe caught fire and the premises of a local business was also hit. According to early reports, there are no casualties. Information regarding the extent of the damage and destruction has yet to be confirmed."
Details: Russian forces also attacked Mykolaiv Oblast several times over the course of Sunday, 21 August.
At 13:00, the Russians fired on the village of Kostiantynivka in the Pervomaiske hromada (amalgamated territorial community) in the Mykolaiv district, hitting open ground. There were no casualties or damage to property.
At 18:00, Russian forces fired on the city of Bashtanka in the Bashtanka district, hitting a private residential neighbourhood. The roof of a two-storey residential house and a car caught fire. The building can no longer be restored. Another 10 houses were damaged. A child sustained a minor injury.
Russian forces also fired on areas outside of several villages of the Shyroke hromada throughout the day. They fired on the village of Shyroke at around 09:00, 13:00 and 21:00, hitting an already-destroyed building of the local Administrative Services Centre and several residential houses. There were no casualties.
The village of Novooleksandrivka in the Inhulka hromada was also attacked several times over the course of the day. There were no casualties.
The Russians are continuing to fire on the villages and nearby territories in the Bereznehuvate hromada; information about casualties and damage to property there has yet to be confirmed.
The day of 21 August was relatively calm in the Pervomaiske and Voznesensk districts of Mykolaiv Oblast.
