Russian forces carried out new missile strikes on the city of Kharkiv on the evening of Sunday, 21 August.

Quote: "Missile attack on the Kyivskyi neighbourhood. Early reports indicate it was struck three times.

They also suggest fires broke out in a non-residential building and in a private house."

Details: Later on, Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that one civilian has been injured as a result of the Russian attack on Kharkiv.

Quote from Syniehubov: "One person sustained injuries as a result of tonight’s attack on the Kyivskyi neighbourhood in Kharkiv. A private house was hit. There was no fire."
