Another explosion in Sevastopol this morning

In the morning of Sunday, 21 August, residents of Sevastopol heard an explosion again.

Details: It is noted that the explosion occurred at approximately 06:33 local time.
According to Krym.Realiyi, there was no visible smoke or anti-aircraft systems operating.
At the same time, the Russian media outlet Meduza reports that according to its "preliminary information", it was the air-defence system that was operating.
Background:
On 31 July, the "governor" of Russian-occupied Sevastopol announced that a drone had attacked the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea fleet, and the city had cancelled festive events for the Day of the Russian Navy.
On the morning of 20 August, an explosion occurred in Sevastopol. The occupation authorities announced that a drone had been shot down over the roof of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet.
