Sevastopol is noisy again, occupiers are talking about anti-aircraft defence

The Crimean occupiers claimed the Air Defence system was activated in Sevastopol on Saturday evening.

Details: Razvozhayev also asked the public to film and post fewer videos of the Russian Air Defence systems in action.

Nevertheless, videos showing the Air Defence in action in Sevastopol have appeared on local Telegram channels.

Background: On Thursday, Russian and local Crimean Telegram channels reported explosions at the occupiers’ military airbase in Sevastopol. The occupying administration stated that a UAV had been shot down.

On Friday evening, locals in Sevastopol reported hearing explosions. The head of the occupying administration claimed the Air Defence system had been activated and, according to preliminary reports, had shot down a UAV.

On the morning of 20 August, another explosion occurred in Sevastopol. The occupying administration reported that an UAV had been shot down above the roof of the Black Sea Fleet headquarters.
