Russian collaborator Volodymyr Saldo said to be recovering from alleged poisoning

Volodymyr Saldo, the Russian-appointed "head" of Kherson Oblast, who was previously hospitalised and whose poisoning was announced by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation on Saturday, allegedly feels better.

Quote: "According to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, an additional investigation is currently underway into the poisoning of Volodymyr Saldo, head of Kherson Oblast Administration, with poisonous chemical weapons.
The condition of health of the head of the Administration of Kherson Oblast has significantly improved now.Volodymyr Saldo is on the mend, communicates with his family and colleagues, learns news and other information."
Details: The report indicates that the treatment of Saldo is carried out by "the most competent specialists" of the Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine [situated in Moscow - ed.].
"The work of doctors, as well as the good overall physical condition of Saldo, determine a positive trend. Recovery and intensive observation continue," stated on the collaborator's Telegram channel.
Background: Earlier on Saturday, the Russian Ministry of Defence has claimed that Russian soldiers have been poisoned in Zaporizhzhia Oblast of Ukraine with an artificially derived poison. Russia has also decided to conduct an additional investigation into whether the Russian-appointed "head" of Kherson Oblast, Volodymyr Saldo, has been poisoned with "poisonous chemical weapons".
On 5 August, Volodymyr Saldo has been hospitalised in Russian-occupied Crimea. Reports indicate that Saldo is to be transported on a special chartered aircraft from Crimea to a clinic in Moscow due to the deterioration of his health. According to Russian media, doctors suspect that he might have been poisoned. Alternatively, he might have suffered a stroke.
