Russian forces used rockets to hit critical infrastructure targets in the city of Kharkiv on the night of 19 August.

Details: Terekhov reported that Russian rockets hit critical infrastructure targets in the Nemyshlianskyi neighbourhood of Kharkiv and on the city’s outskirts.

Early reports indicate there were no casualties.
