Zaporizhzhia Oblast: Russian forces injure a child and 2 adults

An eight-year-old child and two adults were injured in Russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia Oblast on Friday, 19 August.

Quote: "Today an eight-year-old child sustained severe injuries in an enemy attack on the village of Shevchenkivske in the Zaporizhzhia district.
The girl has been hospitalised and is receiving the appropriate medical attention. She has already had surgery and is currently on artificial respiration in the intensive care unit.
Her condition is severe but stable."
Details: Two adults have sustained moderate injuries. A dozen private houses in the village have been damaged.
Four children have been killed in Zaporizhzhia Oblast since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion in Ukraine. Another 44 children have been injured.
