President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine, addressing the residents of Ukrainian cities that suffer the heaviest Russian attacks, said that Ukraine will counter every one of those attacks.

Quote: "[T]oday I want to address separately the residents of all those Ukrainian cities that are subjected to constant brutal shelling by Russia. Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, all the cities of Donbas, of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and Zaporizhzhia Oblast… All those who experience this constant horror of the annihilation of life and the destruction of everything that gives life a sense of normalcy.
We will not leave any of these attacks unanswered. We will establish the identity of every occupier who orders and executes these strikes on [Ukrainian] cities. And we will bring them all to justice in one way or another. Not a single murderer will be able to hide.
And we will definitely restore everything that the terrorists try to leave in ruins."
