Lviv Oblast Administration: Russian shelling causes 2 explosions at military base
The Lviv Oblast Military Administration has reported that a military base in the Chervonohrad district had been struck in Russian shelling.

Quote: "Unfortunately, a military base in the Chervonohrad district has been struck. There were two explosions. There is no information concerning casualties. The extent of damage and destruction is being examined. Air defence systems brought down six missiles on approach [to Lviv Oblast - ed.]."
Details: Earlier, Air Force Command reported that Russia had launched eight missiles at Ukrainian territory, seven of which were brought down by the Air Defence of Ukraine, on the evening of 2 August.
It was also reported that a missile struck an anti-aircraft missile system in Lviv Oblast.
