Rain halts evacuation from Enerhodar due to flooded roads

Dmytro Orlov, Mayor of the Russian-occupied Enerhodar, has reported that it has become impossible to leave Enerhodar after heavy rain because the roads have been flooded.

Quote: "After yesterday’s heavy and prolonged rain in the [Enerhodar] district, it has become all but impossible to use the bypass road via Kamianske to Zaporizhzhia.

Thus, in the next couple of days there will be no way to evacuate [civilians] via Vasylivka: the flooded road will become a trap for passenger vehicles."
