Details: The perpetrators fed the occupiers with information about the staff of penitentiary facilities who didn’t betray their oath and stayed loyal to Ukraine.
The Security Service of Ukraine found out that a "human resources director" was a "messenger" of the so-called Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary service of the Kherson Oblast, which was illegally established by the occupiers. This "position" went to an ex-HR manager of one of the penitentiary facilities in the Kherson region as he voluntarily cooperated with the occupiers.
He obtained the information that the occupiers needed from an official of the regional structural unit of the State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine.
Russian special services were using the information they received with the aim of conducting investigative and subversion activities against Ukraine. These activities also include putting pressure on law enforcement personnel and their families, their possible recruitment and receiving official records from them.
The Security Service of Ukraine recorded the fact of one of the perpetrators receiving money transfers from the representatives of the occupying administration. The purpose of these transfers is being specified.
