Russian officials appointed to "local governments" in Russian-occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts

A number of Russian officials have been appointed to positions in the occupation regime in the Russian-occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts.

Details: In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Alexei Lysov, who previously worked for the government of Vologda Oblast in Russia, has been appointed "Deputy Prime Minister of Infrastructure Development", and Yevgeny Markelov, originally from the Krasnodar Krai administration, has been appointed "Deputy Minister of Work and Social Policy".
In Kherson Oblast, Alexei Katerinchev from the Leader Centre for High Risk Rescue Operations in Russia has been appointed "First Deputy Head of Administration for Security", Semyon Mashkautsan from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has been appointed "Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry", and Yevgeny Nemtinov, who served in the "Ministry of Finance" in Russian-occupied Crimea, has been appointed "Minister of Finance".
Previously: On 18 July, Russia appointed Anton Koltsov, who held the position of first deputy governor of Vologda Oblast in the Russian Federation, as head of the "government" of the occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Russia also appointed Anton Titsky, who served as an adviser to the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Policy (Rosmolodyozh) in Russia, as the so-called "Minister of Youth Policy of Zaporizhzhia Oblast".
