Missile attack on Kharkiv: number of victims increases

The number of victims of a missile attack on the Saltivka district in Kharkiv has risen to 12 people.

Quote: "Sadly, as of 15:00 reports state that 12 people were killed. They all were civilians. Many of them were elderly people and hearing-impaired people. There is no military facility near the destroyed apartment block".
Details: The State Emergency Service of Ukraine stated that a rescue operation is underway. Rescuers have saved 4 lives from under the rubble. All of them have injuries of varied severity. At least 20 people were injured.
The fire broke out as a result of the missile hitting an apartment block and was fully extinguished at 10:55. There are nearly 80 rescuers and 18 pieces of equipment on site, including heavy engineering equipment.
Background: On Wednesday at about 21:30, a Russian missile hit a three-storey apartment block in the Saltivka district in Kharkiv. The apartment block was almost completely destroyed, a massive fire started. Earlier it was reported about 11 fatalities.
