Russian forces attack Mykolaiv, killing and injuring civilians

One civilian has been killed and another two sustained injuries following a Russian attack on the city of Mykolaiv on the afternoon of 18 August.

Quote: "Early reports indicate that two people sustained injuries and were hospitalised following a [Russian] attack this afternoon. Another person died on the way to the hospital."

Details: Sienkevych promised to share more information in due course. Air raid sirens sounded in Mykolaiv between 12:57 and 13:25.
