Ukrainian Armed Forces compel Russians to retreat on four fronts – General Staff report

The Ukrainian military held off Russian assaults and forced the enemy to retreat on the Slovianske, Bakhmutske, Avdiivka and Novopavlivske fronts.

Details: Russian forces used tubed artillery to fire on the settlements of Liute, Iskryskivshchyna and Bilovody in Sumy Oblast.
On the Kharkiv front, Russian forces used tanks and rocket artillery to fire on the settlements of Svitlychne, Shapovalivka, Prudianka, Dementiivka, Pytomnyk, Velyki Prokhody, Ruski Tyshky, Peremoha, Verkhnii Saltiv, Husarivka, Bazaliivka, Stara Hnylytsia and Protopopivka. They carried out airstrikes near Rtyshchivky and Verkhnii Saltiv.
On the Sloviansk front, Russian troops fired artillery of various types near Velyka Komyshuvakha, Brazhivka, Zalymana, Virnopillia, Mazanivka and Bohorodychne.
They conducted assault operations on the Tykhotske – Dolyna axis, had no success, suffered losses, and withdrew.
On the Kramatorsk front, the Russian occupying forces are trying to conduct offensive actions, actively employing assault aircraft and Army air power. Attacks were recorded near Bilohorivka, Hryhorivka, Starodubivka, Vesele, Fedorivka and Siversk.
On the Bakhmut front, the Russians stepped up their reconnaissance of the Ukrainian defence front line, firing using artillery and tanks near Toretsk, Bakhmutske, Bilohorivka, Kurdiumivka, Vasylivka, Zaitseve and Zalizne. They carried out airstrikes near the village of Soledar. Russian troops fought offensive battles towards Soledar and Kodema, had no success, and withdrew.
On the Avdiivka front, attacks were recorded near Sribne, Krasnohorivka, Opytne, Pervomaiske, Novobakhmutivka and Marinka, as well as an airstrike near Krasnohorivka.
In order to improve their tactical situation, the invaders engaged in an offensive towards Pisky and Pervomaiske, but had no success, and withdrew.
On the Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia fronts, the Russian forces used tanks as well as tubed and rocket artillery to fire on the settlements of Vuhledar, Velyka Novosilka, Novomykhailivka, Novodanylivka, Ternuvate, Burlatske, Charivne, Zelene Pole, Mala Tokmachka, Poltavka, Novoandriivka and Pryvilne.
They conducted aerial reconnaissance using UAVs near Stepnohirsk, Shcherbakiv, Stepove and Huliaipole.
Ukrainian soldiers neutralised a reconnaissance group of invaders towards the village of Vremivka. Russian troops engaged in an offensive towards Pavlivka, had no success and withdrew.
On the Pivdennyi Buh front, Russian forces are focusing their main efforts on retaining the occupied areas. They carried out attacks using tanks as well as tubed and rocket artillery near the settlements of Stepova Dolyna, Lymany, Prybuzke, Novomykolaivka, Kotliareve, Partyzanske, Pervomaiske, Blahodatne, Kobzartsi, Veselyi Kut, Ternivka, Andriivka, Lozove, Tokarieve, Zarichne and Olhyne. The Russians carried out airstrikes near Bilohirka and Andriivka.
They used UAVs to conduct aerial reconnaissance near Snihurivka, Chervonyi Yar and Bila Krynytsia.
Two carriers of sea-launched Kalibr cruise missiles are on standby [in the Black Sea - ed.] to use their precision-guided weapons.
