We need to help you, to save you from the cold and the Russian invaders."

About 50% of the population has now left the Kherson region.
According to the Оblast Military Administration, more than 20,000 residents of the region are expected to be evacuated.
Background:
- At the end of July, the government introduced mandatory evacuation for residents of unoccupied areas of Donetsk Oblast before the start of the heating season.
- Serhii Haidai, the head of Luhansk Oblast, said that there is no water or electricity in occupied Sievierodonetsk, so it will be impossible to spend the winter there.
- Haidai also said that the authorities cannot evacuate people from Luhansk Oblast: they can only leave on their own.
