Russian forces hit Sumy Oblast over 200 times in one day, injuring cattle

On Saturday, 13 August, Russian forces opened fire a total of 15 times on eight hromadas (amalgamated territorial communities) in the parts of Sumy Oblast near the Ukrainian-Russian border.
