Details: It is reported that it was on his "tip-off" that the aggressors launched rocket attacks on the state Administration building and 7 other civilian objects.

He forwarded the intelligence in the form of text files with a detailed description of the objects and information about the presence of people in them.

According to the investigation, the traitor is a Ukrainian former law enforcement officer recruited by an FSB personnel officer after the former crossed the Russian border in 2019.

After receiving an operational code name and undergoing training, the agent was transferred to "waiting mode".

After the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, a Russian handler contacted the collaborator.

He was told that if he successfully implemented the instructions he received, the Russian Special Service promised to "evacuate" him to the territory of the Russian Federation and to grant him citizenship. However, agents of the Security Service of Ukraine prevented these plans from being raised and detained the collaborator. He was informed that he was suspected of treason.

The Security Service of Ukraine published a video at the end of which the detainee confesses to committing the crime.

Background: On 1 March, the Russian army launched an attack on the centre of Kharkiv, and more specifically on Svoboda [Freedom] Square. One of the rockets hit the regional state administration building.

Later, dozens of dead bodies were pulled out from under the rubble.
