24 hours in Sumy Oblast: 50 strikes, two people injured

The Russians fired on the Sumy region on August 9. Two people in the hromada [amalgamated territorial community - ed.] of Bilopillia were hospitalised with injuries.

Details: The Russians opened mortar fire in Bilopillia hromada. Eight strikes have been documented.
The Russians fired machine guns on Khotin hromada. Similarly, Seredyna-Buda hromada received 30 machine-gun rounds.
Russian self-propelled guns struck 15 times at Nova Sloboda hromada after 15:00.
Putyvl hromada was also struck 15 times with mortars.
The Russian troops also opened fire on the outskirts of Shalyhyne. Shalyhyne hromada came under 12 mortar strikes.
Various districts of Myropillia hromada came under Russian mortar fire.
