Russian troops on Kryvyi Rih front receive reinforcements – General Staff report

Russia is taking measures to reinforce its troops on the Kryvyi Rih front.

Details: On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, the Belarusian Armed Forces have deployed additional electronic warfare systems near the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.

On the Sivershchyna front, Russia continues to deploy several units of its Armed Forces in the parts of Bryansk and Kursk oblasts near the Russian-Ukrainian border. Russian shells hit the area near Pavlivka, in Ukraine’s Sumy Oblast, using artillery.

On the Kharkiv front, the Russians used tanks, as well as tubed and rocket artillery, to fire on the areas around Novomykolaivka, Prudianka, Nove, Dementiivka, Pytomnyk, Borshchova, Ruska Lozova, Ruski Tyshky, Petrivka, Bazaliivka, Korobochkyne, Stara Hnylytsia, and Ivanivka. They also conducted an airstrike near Mospanove.

On the Sloviansk front, Russian occupying forces fired on the areas in the vicinity of Chepil. Protopopivka, Hrushuvakha, Husarivka, Dibrivne, Mazanivla, Krasnopillia, Dolyna, and Barvinkove. A Russian reconnaissance group retreated following an unsuccessful attempt to scout the positions of Ukrainian troops near Mazanivka.

Russia did not undertake active combat operations on the Kramatorsk front, though Russian forces continued to fire on the areas near Siversk, Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, Verkhnokamianske, Zvanivka, Ivano-Darivka and Spirne using tubed and rocket artillery, as well as tank guns. In addition, Russian aircraft conducted airstrikes near Hryhorivka and Spirne.

On the Bakhmut front, Russian forces shelled the areas around Berestove, Soledar, Bakhmut, Kostiantynivka, Vesela Dolyna, Zaitseve, Vershyna, Kodema, Semyhiria, and Travneve, and conducted an airstrike near Kodema. The Russians attempted to scout the positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces in the vicinity of Yakovlivka, but the Ukrainian forces destroyed the Russian assault group. Russian troops also attempted to advance on Vershyna and Soledar but were unsuccessful and retreated. They are mounting an offensive on Bakhmut, where fighting is continuing.

On the Avdiivka front, Russian occupying forces shelled the areas around Novokalynove, Novoselivka, Avdiivka, Netailove, Pisky, and Krasnohorivka, and conducted airstrikes near Vesele. Russian troops attempted to conduct assault operations near Pisky, but were not successful and retreated.

On the Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia fronts, the Russians used tubed and rocket artillery to fire on the areas around Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Pavlivka, Shevchenko, Novosilka, Novopil, Malynivka, Charivne, Huliaipilske, Orikhiv, and Kamianske. Russian aircraft conducted airstrikes near Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, and Novoandriivka. In addition, Russian forces made an unsuccessful attempt to conduct reconnaissance-in-force near Marinka and were forced to retreat. Russian troops are regrouping on the Zaporizhzhia front.

On the Pivdennyi Buh front, Russian occupying forces used tubed and rocket artillery and tank guns to fire on the areas around Myroliubivka, Novovoznesenske, Vysokopiliia, Mykolaiv, and over 25 other towns and villages. Russian aircraft conducted an airstrike near Olhyne. The Russians are also continuing to actively deploy UAVs to conduct aerial reconnaissance in the area.

Russian aircraft have been deployed to cover the skies over the northwestern part of the Black Sea. Six naval cruise missile carriers (armed with Kalibr missiles) are on standby in the waters of the Black Sea, meaning there is a threat of new missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine.
