An "unknown explosive device" has gone off in front of a freight train in Bryansk Oblast, Russia [near the borders of Ukraine and Belarus], according to Alexander Bogomaz, the governor.

Quote from Bogomaz: "An unknown explosive device went off on the railway tracks in front of a freight train, on the Robchik-Peschanka line in the Unecha district today (9 July – ed.).
The glass of the driver's cabin was damaged, but the railway tracks were not damaged, and there were no casualties."
Details: The authorities did not say what was being transported in the wagons.
