Security Service of Ukraine announces the detention of an enemy artillery observer in Mykolaiv

The Security Service of Ukraine has reported the detention of an FSB agent of the Russian Federation who was preparing to correct missile strikes on Mykolaiv.

Details: It has been stated that, during a special operation, a resident of Mykolaiv was detained, who, in addition to intelligence on the deployment and movement of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the region, collected intelligence on critical infrastructure and defence facilities in the Black Sea regions.
According to the intelligence services, the data previously provided by the culprit were used by the Russian armed forces at the very least for directing the mass rocket attacks on the city of Mykolaiv, which took place in the period from 26 to 30 June.
During the searches, the law enforcement officers found the agent in possession of the following: explosives, firearms and ammunition, Russian symbols, and mobile phones with evidence of criminal activities.
Quote: "A resident of Mykolaiv is currently being detained and has been notified of his being a suspect based on the fact of the unauthorised dissemination of information on the movement and location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The issue of selecting a preventive measure for him in the form of detention, as well as additional qualification of other aspects of his activity under Part 2 of Article 111 (treason), is being considered."
