Kuleba urged partners to restrict Russia's access to sea transportation

Minister of Foreign Affairs (Ukraine) Dmytro Kuleba said that Russia's export-oriented economy is largely dependent on sea transportation and called on partners to limit Russia's access to these services.

- After Russia's full-scale attack on Ukraine on 24 February, a number of countries introduced sanctions against the Russian Federation.
