Sumy Oblast: Russia shells mental health centre, injuring patients

On the evening of Sunday, 3 July, Russian forces opened fire on the Atynske psychoneurological health centre in Sumy Oblast, injuring three of its patients.

Quote: "Around 20:00, the Russians opened mortar fire on the grounds and buildings of the Atynske psychoneurological health centre. Half an hour later, they fired at it with artillery. A fire broke out in the centre’s canteen. An administrative building and a dormitory were destroyed.
At least three people were injured, all peaceful civilians, the centre’s patients. They have been hospitalised."
Details: Zhyvytskyi reported that over the course of Sunday, 3 July, Russian forces fired over 230 explosive shells of various calibres on Sumy Oblast.
Five hromadas [amalgamated territorial communities - ed.] were affected: Znob-Novhorodske, Nova Sloboda, Velyka Pysarivka, Bilopillia, and Khotin.
