Up to 40 Russian missiles strike Mykolaiv during the night – chair of Oblast Council

Hanna Zamazieieva, the chair of the Mykolaiv Oblast Council, counted about 40 shells that hit the centre of the Oblast on the night of 30-31 July.

Quote from Zamazieieva: "About 40 missiles struck Mykolaiv tonight. This is one of the heaviest cases of shelling the city has seen since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

I repeat: the city is being deliberately destroyed. But no rockets or shells will be able to break the spirit of our people! The city is wounded and these wounds are getting worse every day."

For reference: The missiles include not only cruise missiles, but rockets fired from multiple-launch rocket systems.
