Quote: "Russia is a terrorist state. The atrocities that the Russians are committing against our prisoners of war are enraging.
We will avenge every one of our brothers-in-arms who have been killed or maimed.
In contrast to the Russian war criminals, we are abiding by international humanitarian law.
And we will do everything within our powers to punish those guilty of committing these crimes against our brothers- and sisters-in-arms, and against civilians.
These crimes have no expiration dates. Our enemies should know that they have no place on this Earth."
