A small survey vessel has been blown up by an unknown explosive device near the Bystroye Canal of the Danube River in Odesa Oblast, without causing any casualties.

Details: The crew carried out measures to fight "for the survivability of the surface vessel." Repair work is being carried out, there are no casualties.
