Eight civilians in Donetsk Oblast were killed on 28 July by shelling by Russian invaders.

Details: Kyrylenko said that this included 3 people who were killed in Bakhmut, 2 in Toretsk, 1 in Orlivka, 1 in Hirnyk and 1 in Soledar. Another 19 people were injured.
It is currently impossible to determine the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
