Russian forces strike university in central Kharkiv

Russian forces have carried out two strikes on central Kharkiv, targeting, in particular, a building of one of Kharkiv’s universities.

Quote: "There were two Russian strikes at 04:09. Both targeted the city centre.

The first hit a two-storey building. The SES [State Emergency Service] is already working on the scene: clearing away the rubble, searching for people who might be trapped underneath. The other strike targeted the building of one of Kharkiv’s universities.

So far there is no information about casualties or fatalities."
