One adult and one child were injured earlier in the Russian shelling of Kharkiv Oblast on 27 July.

Quote from Oblast Military Administration: "A 12-year-old boy and his father, 47-years-old, were injured as a result of shelling in the Kharkiv district of the oblast."
Details: Both casualties were taken to Kharkiv hospitals.
The Oblast Military Administration calls on citizens not to be on the streets unless it is absolutely necessary, and in the case of an air-raid alarm or the threat of artillery shelling, to immediately take shelter.
