Pushilin comes to Belarus and declares the need to liberate Kyiv, Odesa and Lutsk

Denis Pushilin, Kremlin-appointed leader of the separatist militants in the temporarily occupied region of Donetsk, the so-called "DPR" [Donetsk People’s Republic - ed.], has arrived in Belarus.

Details: The journalists have called on anyone who has information about the programme of the militant leader's visit or his movements around the city/country to inform them about it.

According to RIA Novosti, Pushilin laid flowers at the Brest Fortress memorial and said that "the time has come to liberate again Russian cities founded by Russian people: Kyiv, Chernihiv, Poltava, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Lutsk."

Background:

Earlier, the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Oleksandr Lukashenko, stated that he had for all intents and purposes already recognised the formation of the "Luhansk People's Republic" and "Donetsk People's Republic", as well as the annexation of Crimea by Russia, and would issue a corresponding decree if necessary.
