One more woman’s body found under the rubble in Chuhuiv – Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration

A body of an 83-year-old woman has been retrieved from under the rubble of the cultural centre in Chuhuiv in Kharkiv Oblast.

Details: As of 26 July, 2 more people have died as a result of the occupiers’ attack on the cultural centre in Chuhuiv: a 30-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man. At the time of the attack, people were in the cellar that they used as a bomb shelter.

The Chuhuiv district has been under constant attack by the occupiers during the last couple of weeks.

Background:

•       On 25 July in Kharkiv Oblast, Russian forces launched an attack on Chuhuiv and hit a school and the cultural centre. Three people were reportedly saved from under the rubble.
•       On 26 July, during search operations, rescuers retrieved the bodies of two victims: a man and a woman.
