Ukrainian paratroopers destroy a Russian attack aircraft worth of USD 11 million

Ukraine’s Sicheslav Airborne Brigade has destroyed a Russian Su-25 worth 11 million dollars.

Reference: The Su-25 is designed to provide air support as well as to destroy targets with given coordinates. One such attack aircraft costs about 11 million dollars.

Background: 

• On 25 July, it was announced that in Volyn Oblast, air defence systems shot down two drones, but the wreckage caused the death of one person and injured two more.
• According to information from the General Staff, Ukrainian defenders also destroyed five drones recently.
